Venture Analyst
Who builds and operates autonomous ventures alongside our AI. You'll be the human in the loop - validating AI outputs, testing products, giving feedback, and ensuring our autonomous companies actually work. This is where AI meets entrepreneurship.

What you'll do
- •Monitor and operate 8-10 autonomous ventures simultaneously
- •Test software products built by our AI (functionality, UX, edge cases)
- •Validate AI decisions on product development, marketing, and operations
- •Give detailed feedback to improve AI outputs and regenerate when needed
- •Identify gaps where human judgment is still needed
- •Handle customer escalations and critical business decisions
- •Run experiments to optimise venture performance
- •Document what works and what doesn't to improve our AI systems
What we're looking for
- •Deep interest in startups, technology, and automation
- •Startup experience (founder, early employee, or builder role) is a strong plus
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- •Strong product sense and attention to detail
- •Critical thinking, you question outputs rather than blindly accepting them
- •Ability to context-switch between multiple ventures daily
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
