Technical Writer
Bridges the gap between our venture analysts, data scientists, and product team by maintaining crystal-clear documentation and translating complex insights into accessible content. You'll be the glue that keeps our internal knowledge organised and helps our team work more effectively with our AI systems.

What you'll do
- •Maintain and improve our internal documentation (AI framework, processes, best practices)
- •Gather feedback from venture analysts about documentation gaps and pain points
- •Interview venture analysts and data scientists to understand their workflows
- •Turn data science insights and findings into compelling blog posts
- •Create onboarding materials and guides for new team members
- •Document product changes and new features as they're developed
- •Work with the product team to translate technical specs into clear documentation
- •Build and maintain our internal knowledge base
- •Create tutorials, how-to guides, and troubleshooting documentation
- •Identify patterns in questions and proactively improve documentation
- •Create presentations for conferences and talks
What we're looking for
- •Excellent writing skills, you make complex topics simple and clear
- •Experience in writing technical documentation or content
- •Ability to interview subject matter experts and extract key information
- •Comfortable learning new technical concepts quickly
- •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- •Experience with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, or similar)
- •Basic understanding of technology, AI, or startups
- •Self-driven and proactive in identifying documentation needs
- •Collaborative mindset - you love working with different teams
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- •International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU

- •Experience in startup or tech environments
- •Background in journalism or content marketing
- •Ability to create diagrams and visual documentation
- •Experience with Markdown, Git, or developer documentation
