Talent Acquisition Specialist

Attracts, hires, and retains the exceptional talent needed to build hundreds of autonomous ventures. You'll own the entire talent journey, from presenting our company on job fairs and conducting interviews to managing payroll and organising team experiences. We're building a "special forces" team, and you'll ensure we only bring in the best while keeping them engaged and happy.

What you'll do

  • Source and attract top talent across Europe for various roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
  • Build and maintain our employer brand (social media, job boards, content)
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Handle employment contracts and compliance across EU countries
  • Organize team building events and company culture initiatives
  • Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring process
  • Build relationships with universities and talent communities
  • Manage our applicant tracking system and hiring pipeline
  • Coordinate with team leads on hiring needs and priorities

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years experience in talent acquisition or HR (startup/tech environment preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find hidden talent
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and EU employment regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about building great teams and company culture
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU

  • Experience hiring for technical roles (developers, data scientists, ML engineers)
  • Multi-country payroll and compliance experience
  • Background in HR generalist or people operations
  • Experience with remote/distributed team hiring
  • Network in European startup/tech ecosystem
  • Event planning and team experience design
  • Fluency in French or other European languages

  • Monthly gross salary: €3,000 - €4,500 (depending on experience)
