Product Manager
Owns our AI framework's product roadmap and turn feedback from venture analysts and data scientists into features that make our autonomous ventures more successful. You'll prioritise what we build, manage developer resources, coordinate releases, and ensure we're moving fast in the right direction. This is product management for an AI system that builds companies.

What you'll do
- •Create and manage product planning, decide which features to build and when
- •Prioritise the product roadmap based on impact and feasibility
- •Work closely with venture analysts and data scientists to understand pain points and limitations
- •Collaborate with technical writers to gather and synthesise user feedback
- •Manage developer resources and coordinate with engineering teams
- •Track bugs, limitations, and feature requests across the platform
- •Ensure all new features are properly tested before rollout
- •Plan and execute feature releases with minimal disruption
- •Create and communicate product updates to the team when new features go live
- •Make strategic decisions about technical debt vs. new features
- •Define success metrics and track feature adoption
- •Balance speed with quality, ship fast but ship right
What we're looking for
- •2+ years of product management experience (startup/tech environment preferred)
- •Strong technical understanding, you can talk to developers and understand architecture
- •Excellent prioritisation skills, you know how to say no
- •Data-driven decision making with strong analytical thinking
- •Experience managing technical roadmaps and feature planning
- •Ability to translate user feedback into concrete product requirements
- •Strong project management and organisational skills
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- •Self-driven and able to make decisions quickly
- •Collaborative mindset, you work across teams effectively
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- •International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU
Bonus points for:
- •Experience with AI/ML products or developer tools
- •Technical background (former engineer or technical degree)
- •Experience with continuous deployment and agile methodologies
- •Background in building platforms or infrastructure products
- •Shipped products from 0 to 1
