Frontend Developer
Builds and improves the dashboard that our venture analysts use to monitor autonomous ventures. You'll work closely with our CTO/CPO to implement new features, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure our tools scale as we grow from dozens to hundreds of autonomous ventures. Strong communication skills are essential - we need developers who can build, improve, AND explain.

What you'll do
- •Build and improve our venture monitoring dashboard (Vue.js/React)
- •Implement new features based on product roadmap priorities
- •Integrate frontend with our Node.js APIs
- •Work closely with CTO/CPO on product and technical decisions
- •Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for venture analysts
- •Optimise frontend performance and user experience
- •Debug and fix frontend issues reported by users
- •Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- •Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- •Collaborate with backend developers on API design and integration
- •Explain technical decisions and trade-offs
- •Create reusable components and design patterns
What we're looking for
- •Strong Vue.js or React experience (2+ years minimum)
- •Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- •Experience building dashboards or data-heavy applications
- •Understanding of modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
- •Knowledge of CSS/styling frameworks (Tailwind, styled-components, etc.)
- •Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows
- •Excellent communication skills, you can explain technical concepts clearly
- •Self-driven and able to work independently
- •Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- •International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU
Bonus points for:
- •Full-stack capabilities (Node.js, API development)
- •Experience with data visualisation libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, etc.)
- •Understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems
- •Experience with real-time data and WebSockets
- •TypeScript expertise
- •Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards
- •Previous startup experience
