What you'll do
- •Research and write grant proposals (EU, national, research funds)
- •Handle monthly accounting and reconciliation
- •Prepare quarterly investor/shareholders reports and presentations
- •Analyse funding opportunities and advise founders on strategy
- •Manage budgets across multiple autonomous ventures
- •Gives advice to venture analysts on business models
- •Build and maintain business models for our ventures
- •Build and maintain budgets for our ventures
What we're looking for
- •Expert-level spreadsheet skills (financial modeling, forecasting)
- •Experience with grant writing or fundraising
- •Who thinks in terms of growth vs costs
- •Strong grasp of startup or venture finance
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- •Extremely detail-oriented and self-driven
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
- •International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU

- •Monthly gross salary: €3,500 - €5,500 (depending on experience)
