DevOps Engineer
Manages and optimises our multi-cloud infrastructure that powers hundreds of autonomous ventures. You'll ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Strong communication skills are essential - we need someone who can build robust infrastructure AND explain it clearly to our team.

What you'll do
- •Manage and optimise our multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- •Ensure high availability and reliability of systems running autonomous ventures
- •Implement CI/CD pipelines for our development teams
- •Monitor system performance and respond to incidents
- •Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
- •Implement security best practices and compliance measures
- •Optimise cloud costs across multiple providers
- •Work closely with development teams on infrastructure needs
- •Document infrastructure architecture and processes
- •Explain technical infrastructure decisions
- •Plan and execute infrastructure scaling as we grow
- •Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
What we're looking for
- •Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) - 2+ years minimum
- •Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- •Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- •Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- •Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
- •Linux/Unix system administration skills
- •Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex infrastructure clearly
- •Self-driven and able to work independently
- •Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- •Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- •International ambition and willingness to relocate within EU
Bonus points for:
- •Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- •Knowledge of database administration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- •Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- •Experience with serverless architectures
- •Security certifications or deep security knowledge
- •Cost optimisation experience in cloud environments
- •Experience scaling infrastructure for high-growth startups
- •Experience with incident management and on-call rotations
- •Knowledge of compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC2, etc.)
